Who we are

Underground Index is a sole proprietorship operated by Salvatore Rizzo, providing local SEO, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, and website services to service-based businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how to reach us about it.

Information we collect

When you apply for a free audit through our application form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, business name, business type, email, phone number, website URL, service area, revenue range, and answers to the qualifying questions on that form. That form is hosted by Tally, a third-party form provider, and their own privacy practices apply to how the form itself operates.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, general location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregate usage data, not information that identifies you personally beyond what Google Analytics itself may associate with your device.

If you email or call us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use it

SMS and email communications

If you submit the application form, you may receive SMS and email communications from Underground Index related to your inquiry. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP, and out of email by using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to track usage patterns. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies won't affect your ability to use this site, though it will limit our ability to understand how it's being used.

Third-party services

We use Tally to process application form submissions and Google Analytics to measure site traffic. This site also links to the live websites of past and current clients as part of our case studies. Those sites are operated independently and are governed by their own privacy practices, not this one.

How we share information

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to operate this site and process applications (Tally, Google Analytics), or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep application and communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry, deliver services if you become a client, and maintain business records.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing salvatorerizzo@undergroundindex.com.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
